EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us as we want you to love your jacket or hoodie.

While we try to show the colours of our products as accurately as possible, they can be represented differently on each person's screen and we cannot guarantee that the colours you receive will look the same as on your screen.

 CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours from the time you completed the checkout process. While we’ll do our best to make your change or cancel an order, if it’s made outside the 12 hour window, the original order will be shipped. Please contact us at hello@abbyandzak.com with any questions.

SHIPPING

All individual orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For team, group or family orders, we'll provide you with a delivery date and keep you updated through the production process.

Processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.  Feel free to contact us to confirm the processing time for your order.

We're currently shipping to Canada and the United States only.  Not in North America?  Contact us and we may be able to ship to your location.

SHIPPING METHOD

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Within Canada: Expedited Canada Post (usually takes 3-10 business days).

To the U.S.: USPS mail (usually takes 3-7 business days).

Please note: Once we ship your product, we are no longer responsible for it. We cannot provide any further information other than what the tracking number shows. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
